Summer Update

Well, it's been a while.  Right now, I'm packing for out very sudden, very temporary move to Midvale for the next two months.  Reed and I decided that OSU is the place for us to be for the next five years and so we'll be in Ohio starting in September.  We're so excited to be close to our families!  My due date has been bumped around a few times, from June 21st to July 1st and back to June 21st.  I went to my new Doctor (well, midwife) on Monday and they said they'll be moving my due date back to July again but I'm not sure to what date.  The ultrasound reports show me as having due dates of July 1st and 4th.  Oddly enough, I'm thrilled to have my due date pushed back just so my chances of induction are a bit less.  Reed will finish his final class and graduate in August, and I'm just finishing up my final class as well.  We're sort of racing.  I get a massage (a professional one) if I finish first, and he gets a cool new game that he's been wanting if he finished first.  We'll see how it goes, since he's working sixty hours and I'm packing and cleaning our apartment for our move to Midvale.  Andy is doing really well.  He's talkative, and fun, but getting to be in that "terrible two" stage.  He has no idea that he'll have a new baby sister soon (she still has no name, but we're narrowing it down a bit), and I don't think he'll like sharing mom and dad at all!  I'll post pictures once we're in the new apartment.

McGrew Family Update

Andy is getting really big, and even though he loves to carry around the cute new baby socks he has no idea that he will have a baby sister very soon. We're still working on a name for her, and don't expect to have one anytime soon (She's due July 1st). Right now we're waiting to hear back from grad schools, and Reed is interviewing for internships for the summer. Andy is nearly 15 months old now and he's really beginning to be a little person! When we go anywhere in the car he yells "ca, ca, ca" at the cars that drive by. We love it! 

 

The Entertainment Center is Finally Done

Okay, so it's actually been done for a long while, but I have not been posting anything on here.It didn't turn out as dark as we wanted it, but it is better than the old blue.  Andy is so good.  He knows that he can only play with his toys...he doesn't even go for the movies, or open the cabinets.
